The Bryanston – Marble Arch Place

The Bryanston is the prime residential element of Marble Arch Place which comprises of the 18-storey residential tower with 54 apartments, a seven-storey commercial building offering 95,000 sq. ft. alongside retail units, all situated on the corner of Marble Arch overlooking Hyde Park

Highlights:

• Customised Elements: Fully bespoke package comprising of the lever handle, privacy turns, wardrobe & door pulls along with detailed design for the front entrance door centre door knob with the “Bryanston” letter “B”

• Design Collaboration: The duplex penthouse has a particularly interesting element, the glazing within the doors has the Hyde Park pathways as a design detail.

• Exclusive Amenities: With highly polished black door finishes the matt finish on the all the ironmongery had to be uniform due to the contrast between the two - the highly polish and flat matt bronzing.
