Project Overview

St. John’s Wood Square is a landmark residential development set across 5.5 private acres in one of London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods. Formerly home to The King’s Troop and The Royal Horse Artillery for over a century, the site has been transformed with a deep respect for its heritage — delivering 179 exceptional homes through timeless architecture, considered interiors and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Our Involvement

Ironmongery Innovations was engaged from the earliest stages of the project, working closely with the client and design team to ensure every detail aligned with the development’s exacting standards. Our role spanned product specification, material selection and finish recommendations — providing the continuity and expertise needed to carry the design intent from concept through to completion.

Our longstanding relationships with joinery and fit-out contractors enabled a seamless integration across all nine buildings, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.

• 179 new homes across nine buildings, ranging from three to six storeys

• 11 townhouses, 109 private apartments and 59 affordable homes

• Sensitive restoration of the Grade II listed Riding School, now home to a full wellness suite and indoor tennis court

• Interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and Richards Stanisich

• Landscape design by Andy Sturgeon Design
