A super-prime development comprising 52 apartments, 3 penthouses, and 2 mews houses with south-facing views across Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

We were introduced to the client, Fenton Whelan via the main contractor Ant Yapi, this was a development that we knew we wanted to be involved with and would be a key residential project for this area, a definite feather in our cap!

Having met the clients we were able to bring to life their desire for an organic shape for the main ironmongery lever handle, along with a very specific finish to the product. They were keen to preserve the finish over time, we reached out to our finishing partners who provided the perfect solution; a nano microcrystalline waxed finish, used for the British Museum for preservation of some items, they were also able to offer the client an ongoing service to refinish any items within the project that needed refreshing, should the need arise.
