One New Street Square the final jewel in the crown of Land Securities New Street Square development and boasts 275,000 sq ft of office space over 15 floors, now in use as Deloitte’s HQ in London. They had five key principals for the development; Unique, Connected, Simple, Relevant, and Inspiring.  You can see from Apt.’s designs and final build that the building is unique with a glazed prow giving spectacular views over the city with St. Paul’s as its focus point.

The build has achieved the highest build quality standards, attaining both BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold Certification, the fit-out had to be of the highest specification.  We worked alongside the main contractor and out joinery fit-out partners to supply a full ironmongery schedule to all areas including the washroom, common areas, reception, and offices.
