Located next to the Old Bailey, England’s most famous court, New Ludgate consists of two buildings which provide 35,210sqm of commercial office, retail and restaurant space. Both buildings have distinctive designs and roof terraces with great views of St Paul’s Cathedral.

Skanska were appointed by Land Securities to design and build two separate buildings.

JJ Sweeney entrusted us to supply the full ironmongery package for the whole project, which included the laminate door sets’ schedules and a specialist package to cover the reception fit out and formica clad stair cores. We also worked with Modular Interiors on the washroom package.
