ECCOWorld by Ballymore have created an Island community in what was once an industrial part of East London. Creating 1,706 new homes, apartments and town houses along with associated retail and leisure facilities. Even The English National Ballet have moved in to their new home in the heart of the development.

Ballymore also created a bridge to the nearby infrastructure giving the site excellent transport links in and out of the City.

Ballymore had specific design ideas, brought to them by Louis Bustamante and wanted to use products that were within the budget and of outstanding durability and quality.
