7-8 St. James’s Square provides 65,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in the heart of the West End. JJ Sweeney’s package consisted of WC fit out works. They also undertook the supply and installation of doorsets, and the reception fit out package comprising burr walnut and high gloss lacquered panels and shutters, again our on going relationship with the team at JJ Sweeney enabled us to assist them in the full ironmongery scheduling and supply of products for all phases of this project.
